Pitch Suit Completely

When pitching a suit, unless scared away by a suit shift signal, the giver should void herself in that suit before pitching a different suit. This way when taker sees that giver is starting to pitch a different suit he can rely on the fact that giver is now void in the first suit. This helps the taker avoid a lot of unpleasant guessing.
